A Design-Forward and Highly Architected Community

Tree Tops at Round Top is a design-forward community that embraces a less traditional attitude while preserving nature and evoking modern country living. A diversity of scales, uses, and carefully considered site plans make the parcels feel more organic. Well-tailored home sites with intentional placement create privacy and unique view corridors.

Nature and Community

An original homestead whose ownership dates back to the Spanish Land Grant, the gently rising terrain offers diverse experiences. Choose seclusion in the 60 densely wooded acres toward the top, expansive parcels with fewer trees and more prairie, and select tracts with water features. Depending on the location and opportunity, sweeping views for miles can be enjoyed.

Limited restrictions through a homeowner association will allow for the freedom of country living, with safeguards to protect architectural vision, nature, and community. To make land and homeownership easy and move-in ready, we have partnered with award-winning architects and home builders proven to match the vision of the community aesthetic. Landowners will also be permitted to use their architects and builders.

Select from a variety of architected homes ranging in size from 1,220 square feet to over 3,500 square feet.

THE STORY OF OUR LOGO

After sifting through the concepts of the collapsed stagecoach inn on the property, the views of wine vineyards in the distance, and the dense trees on the property, Tree Tops won the battle for our subdivision name.

Then came the logo. On one property tour, our landscape architect paused and asked us to notice the tops of the trees. He pointed out that many were permanently bent in one direction. He explained that strong prevailing winds, over time, created this phenomenon. Our art director picked up on this with a clean and modern logo - representing a modern style of architecture while giving the nod to the bending trees. The design incorporates seven branches. Little did she know our arborist had already identified exactly seven types of trees or significant shrubs on the property. Excellent karma, indeed.

Come live among the live oak, cedar, native yaupon, sugarberry, willow, Osage-orange, and prickly pears.
